An ideal trumpet for both students and more experienced players. The Fortissimo "Vivace" trumpet produces a full, bright sound with excellent intonation (tuning). The easily operated 3rd valve trigger, usually found only on much more expensive instruments, is a feature of this quality trumpet.

Sliding third valve
Normally only found in much more expensive instruments, the sliding third valve allows the you to extend the tube and lower the pitch of the third valve - useful when reaching for a low D and C#.
